Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa

In my professional life, I work with ConAgra Foods on their marketing materials. ConAgra owns the Hunts brand. Hunts has recently introduced a new Fire Roasted Diced Tomato product. I wanted to try it so I've been working on developing a salsa recipe. I've made it about 4 times and I think I now have a pretty damn good recipe figured out. So, here it is ... put the following ingredients in a food processor:

1 can Hunts fire roasted tomatoes 14.5 oz
1 can Hunts diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
1/2 onion chopped
2 jalepenos (if you don't want it super hot, remove the seeds)
4 cloves fresh garlic
salt and pepper
cilantro (as much as you want - I use about 2 tbsp of cilantro from a tube)

I like my salsa pretty smooth but you could just coarsely chop it and serve it a bit chunkier.
